Problem Note 56642: The Profiles view in SASĀ® Size Profiling might become unresponsive
The Profiles view in SAS Size Profiling becomes unresponsive when the following are true:
- Profile filters are not set up in the Profiles view to narrow down the search criteria.
- There are a large number of profiles in the system.
After a period of unresponsiveness, a restart error is generated and no one is able to access SAS Size Profiling. When the restart error occurs, error messages similar to the following can be found in the mid-tier log:
